Doncaster Rovers have confirmed their rearranged League One fixture away to Luton Town will be played on Tuesday 27 October with a 7.45pm kick-off at Kenilworth Road. The match, originally scheduled for 3 October, was postponed due to the international break.

Grant McCann’s side, who currently sit 21st in the table with six points from seven games, face a tough historical challenge at the venue. They have not won an away match against Luton Town in the Football League since 1952, losing their last visit 1-0 in March.

Ticket details

Doncaster Rovers have announced the fixture is all-ticket, with no pay-on-the-day sales available. A total of 1,342 tickets have been allocated for Doncaster supporters, comprising 1,236 safe-standing tickets, 92 seats and seven pairs of wheelchair and personal assistant tickets.

Fixture context

This match arrives three days after a South Yorkshire derby against Sheffield Wednesday at the Club Doncaster Sports Village.

In the reverse fixture last March, the teams drew 1-1 at the Eco-Power Stadium, with Brandon Hanlan’s 60th-minute strike cancelling out Kasey Palmer’s opener for Luton. Doncaster’s recent form reads one win, one draw and three defeats from their last five outings, a run they will be keen to improve upon.
